Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Vegas Nights Slots ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Vegas Nights Slots mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

Use of Service

Virtual Currency

The App provides virtual coins that are used exclusively within the App for gameplay purposes. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Virtual coins have no real-world monetary value and do not constitute currency or property of any kind.
  • Virtual coins cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for real money, real-world goods, or any other items of monetary value.
  • We reserve the right to manage, regulate, modify, or eliminate virtual coins at our sole discretion, and we shall have no liability to you for exercising such rights.
  • Any purchases of virtual coins within the App are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

User Conduct

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

  • Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the App.
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the App to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt service.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or other unauthorized tools to interact with the App.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its associated servers.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, animations, software, and the overall design and arrangement thereof, are the exclusive property of Vegas Nights Slots and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the App without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated through the App or by posting the revised Terms with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
