Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains, in plain language, what happens with your information when you play Vegas Nights Slots (the "App"). What about advertising?
To understand where new players discover Vegas Nights Slots, the App uses AppsFlyer, a mobile attribution service. When you install the App, the following information is collected and shared with AppsFlyer:

Does the App send push notifications?
No. The App does not send push notifications and does not ask for notification permission.
Does the App use location, camera, microphone, contacts, or calendar?
No. Vegas Nights Slots does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, health data, or files on your device. The only Android permissions the App uses are basic network access (Internet and network state), which are needed for attribution and for loading pages in the built-in browser.
What is stored on my device?
All of your gameplay data stays on your device. This includes your coin balance, current bet, unlocked background themes, game statistics (such as total spins, wins, and streaks), and the anonymous identifier mentioned above. None of it is uploaded to our servers. If you clear the App's data or uninstall the App, this information is erased from the device.
What does the built-in browser do?
The App includes a small built-in browser that is used to display this Privacy Policy and our Support page directly inside the App, so you don't have to leave to read them. The built-in browser does not collect any additional information beyond what's already described above. Websites loaded inside it — including ours — behave like any ordinary browser: they may set cookies (including third-party cookies) and save data in local storage as part of normal web functionality. Those cookies and local storage are handled by the browser, not by the game itself, and they are cleared when you clear the App's data.
Can I send you a message or report a bug?
Yes. Our Support page, which opens inside the App's built-in browser, includes a contact form. When you choose to send us a message, you may provide:
- Your name and email address.
- A description of your question, feedback, or the issue you've run into.
- An optional attachment — you can take a photo or video with your device's camera app, or pick an existing file (such as a screenshot, image, document, or text file) through your device's file picker.
This information reaches us only when you choose to send the form — nothing is sent automatically. We use it solely to respond to you and to fix the reported issue. The App itself does not access your camera or your files directly: any photo or video capture is handled by your device's built-in camera app, and file selection is handled by your device's file picker.
Is network traffic encrypted?
The App uses secure HTTPS connections by default. A small number of technical endpoints may use unencrypted HTTP where it is technically required; none of those endpoints transmit personal information.
Why do we collect this information?
- To run the game. The anonymous identifier and your device language help the App remember your progress and display content in your language.
- To understand where our players come from. The advertising and attribution information helps us see which channels and campaigns bring players to Vegas Nights Slots, so we can spend marketing effort where it's actually useful.
- To support you. When you fill in the contact form, we use what you send only to reply and resolve the issue.
Do we share your data?
We do not sell your information. The only third party we share data with is AppsFlyer, and only for attribution purposes as described above. - Support messages — kept only as long as needed to answer your question or resolve your issue.
How is my data protected?
Information transmitted between the App and our services travels over encrypted HTTPS connections. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the small amount of information we handle. That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection.
What are my choices?
- Reset the anonymous identifier. Clear the App's data in Android settings, or uninstall and reinstall the App.
- Reset or limit the Google Advertising ID. Go to Android Settings → Google → Ads and use "Reset advertising ID" or "Opt out of ads personalization."
- Clear in-app browser data. Clearing the App's data also clears cookies and local storage set by the built-in browser.
- Stop using the App. Uninstalling Vegas Nights Slots stops all further data collection by the App.
Is this App safe for children?
Vegas Nights Slots is a social casino game intended for adult entertainment and is not directed at children under 13. No real money gambling is involved and all coins are virtual with no real-world value. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
How will I know if this policy changes?
